Everyone's doing it. Here's why you should be on red alert too

Move over millennial pink, we think red is about to topple coming for your crown of most-wanted colour of the season. Judging by the street style we've seen at the S/S '18 shows alone, we can confidently state that traffic-stopping shades of cherry, tomato and blood red are having a moment.

Synonymous with passion, power and heat, red is certainly not a shade for shrinking violets, but don't let its in-your-face attitude dissuade you. Like the classic red lip, there's a shade to suit every skin tone and the trick is to find it. While head to toe red is popular with the likes of flamboyant Italian stylist Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert and her buddy Anna Della Russo, it's also equally as arresting when confined to just an accent via a boot or bag (Balenciaga or Gucci seem to be the most favoured, if you're wondering) or even just on a jumper.
