What did the likes of Dior, Céline, Balenciaga and Valentino have to offer over last weekend?

The S/S '17 shows are coming to an end, and even though the coverage has been overshadowed by Kim Kardashian's robbery, nevertheless, the last weekend of PFW was punctuated by some big name designers making their mark. While all eyes were on Maria Grazia Chiuru's debut at Dior, (which mixed modern-day fencing suits with tulle fairytale concoctions to stunning effect), onlookers were also keen to see how Pier Paolo Piccioli would fare at Valentino alone (for the record: just fine).
