Turns out Natasha Poly isn't just a dab hand at doing her own make-up - the new Frame Denim campaign proves she's a singer, too

For their Autumn/Winter '15 campaign Frame commissioned a sultry music video starring the Russian-born beauty singing and dancing for the first time (publically, at least - we're sure she's as guilty of living room dance-offs as the rest of us). The black and white clip shows Poly singing and dancing mid-centre of a stripped-back set - and she even performs a little strip-tease of her own.

Didn't know the supermodel could sing? Nobody did - until Poly let slip to Frame co-founder Erik Torstensson, who's known her for years, at a dinner that if she wasn't a model she would have loved to have been a singer. Torstensson requested an iPhone recording of Poly's voice and things took off from there - the song title, Alert Amour, is a phrase Torstensson heard his stepdaughter say, Society wrote the lyrics and the music and Poly got cracking on perfecting her vocals.

Filmed in London (in the same studio Pete Doherty and Paul Weller used to record), the video feels incredibly European, thanks to the insouciant styling, languid rock 'n' roll vibe and Poly's breathy Russian accent. So, can she sing? Watch the video and hear for yourself.
