In two pieces of news that will make any '90s kid cringe: it's the 20th anniversary of Hanson's Number 1 hit 'MMMBop' this year (hello, feeling old!) and, as it turns out, we've all been singing the chorus wrong. Released in 1997 (the anniversary pertains to the recording of the first 'MMMBop' demo - listen here), The New York Times entertainment blog Vulture chatted to Taylor, Isaac and Zac who revealed that they've never heard a good cover of the band. And also that no one even sings it correctly. "You know why? People can't sing the chorus right," explained Isaac. "Most of the time they syncopate it wrong." He went on to add that Bruno Mars would probably be the one to nail a cover.
