Fashion and charity often work hand in hand, and once again iconic Australian label Sass & Bide has partnered with Make-A-Wish Australia for the fourth consecutive year, by releasing another limited-edition 'Shooting Star' jewellery collection to raise money for seriously ill children.
The collection is made up of stunning pieces, including lariet style necklaces with the addition of tasselled and stud earrings in both silver and gold. The range is inspired by the shooting star - a symbol of hope, good luck and protection.
Sass & Bide partnered with an incredibly inspiring young girl Andrea Alzened, whose wish came true last year - to become a professional artist following her treatment from leukemia. She was the youngest artist to ever hold a solo exhibtion at the Musuem of Contemporary Art in 2014 and on May 4th in collaboration with Sass & Bide you can view a series of original illustrations titled, Wishes for Good which will be posted on sassandbide.com as part of a social campiagn spreading the message of love and well wishes.
The "Shooting Star" collection went on sale today and can be purchased from Sass & Bide boutiques nationally as well as online via sassandbide.com.
