A major British fashion label is closing
Shock announcement
The latter half of 2015 will be remembered for a series of shock departures from the fashion industry - Raf Simons, Alber Elbaz and now, British designer Jonathan Saunders. After 12 years in business, Saunders has announced that his label is folding due to personal reasons.
"It is not a decision that I take lightly and I am eternally grateful to my team for all their hard work and dedication," he said in a statement. "[business partner] Eiesha has not only been a fantastic partner over the last year but an incredible support and we remain close. I am very thankful for all of the friends that I have across the industry, and I look forward to working with everyone again soon on future creative projects."

The company will proceed with current orders from its S/S '16 collection before shutting up shop entirely, but we hope to see Saunders' signature vivid prints popping up again in the future.
