Beyoncé, sorry, Coldplay (with a scene-stealing side of Bey, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars), the year before Katy Perry and the year before that Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. In other words, it's kind a big deal.
So for 2017's performer - one Lady Gaga - the honour has certainly paid off. In addition to scoring the coveted spot performing for over 100 million football-obsessed Americans, Gaga has just scored plum role in the new Tiffany & Co. campaign. Scheduled to air during one of those Superbowl slots worth an estimated US$5m, Tiffany have already teased us with this little 15 second snippet. Stay tuned for more a longer ad, as Gaga takes her turn as the face of the Tiffany HardWear collection. The campaign was shot by Grace Coddington.
