We're sensing big things on the horizon at Marc Jacobs - straight off the bat of announcing the inimitable Cher as the face of his autumn/winter 2015 campaign, the designer has unveiled another (and a lot younger) famous face who will star alongside her: Will Smith's 14-year-old daughter, Willow.

Jacobs made the announcement on his Instagram account overnight, with a lengthy caption explaining his choice. "Beauty, style and talent know no age," he says. "I have always preferred collaborating with the people who inspire me to give new life to the clothes we show on our runway." Smith and Cher join a throng of fashion legends and Hollywood stars who have fronted Marc Jacobs campaigns in the past, from Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham and Sophia Coppola to Dakota Fanning, Rufus Wainwright and Jessica Lange.

In the image Jacobs has released, Smith appears doll-like and diminutive, in an all-black, gothic-inspired ensemble from the Marc Jacobs A/W '15 collection, shot against the same burgundy backdrop of the Cher image released last week. It's not the first time the teen starlet has modelled - she was styled and shot by Karl Lagerfeld for V magazine at the age of 13 and appeared in Carine Roitfeld's CR Fashion Book in March. She also has musical ambitions, releasing several tracks over the past year.

Jacobs ends his Instagram post with a hint that yet more famous faces will appear in the A/W '15 campaign, stating: "This season's ads feature friends, each of whom evoke a sense of intrigue and inspiration and collectively provoke a true consideration for individuality." We can't wait to see who else he has in store.
