Back in Sydney to fulfil her David Jones Youth Ambassador duties, Montana Cox looks every bit as radiant off the runway as on. After scoring gigs for Dior, Kenzo, Lanvin and Pucci, she's had quite the education in high fashion since she won Australia's Next Top Model four years ago, citing labels like Givenchy and Saint Laurent as some of her favourites. But her off-duty look is typically relaxed - she's mad keen on Bassike and Jac + Jack (join the club) and lives in cashmere and comfy casuals. Read on for the model's style essentials.
What trends are you into this season? I am loving the jumpsuits - I think they are so chic and fun and they suit my body type so I will be wearing them a lot this summer.
Your top five buys for this season? Zimmermann navy jumpsuit, Bec and Bridge black and white bikini, Ancient Greek sandals, Alexa Chung for AG denim dress and Jac + Jack.

Do you have any style rules that you abide by? Wear what is comfy and what suits you, as what may look good on someone else may not necessarily suit you specifically.
What would you say your go-to outfit is? A denim skirt or shorts and a striped tee is pretty much my off-duty outfit. For an event or special occasion, a simple black dress always looks elegant and timeless.

Is there any trend or item of clothing you would never wear? I'm not the biggest fan of jeggings.....
Whose personal style do you admire? I love Kate Moss, Kate Bosworth and Amber Heard. People who look like they don't try too hard is what I like - and I also love Diane Kruger.
What clothes do you wear when you're just relaxing at home? Jeans and t-shirts mainly - and also Jac + Jack do such comfy casual pants and cashmere jumpers too - I love their stuff.
In your opinion, what's an outfit that never fails to look chic? Well fitting jeans and a white shirt with a blazer, completed with amazing pumps from Saint Laurent, that always does the trick!
I'm sure you get given a lot of clothes by designers, but what items would you actually go out and buy? I love an investment piece like a designer handbag or a leather biker jacket. Things that I will get a lot of use out of.
Who are your all-time favourite designers or brands? Givenchy, Saint Laurent, Alexander Wang and Celine are all my favourite international brands and for Australian labels I love Zimmermann, Bassike, Camilla and Marc and Strateas Carlucci.
What do you think of Australian style? I think it is edgy but effortless and always about comfort. The fabrics and styles that so many labels use are well suited to the climate and lifestyle and are designed for living life with maximum enjoyment.
What would we find on your bedside table? My iPhone, book and water.
