The Australian South Sea pearling company is celebrating 80 years with a country-wide party

First stop for the luxe pop-up is Hayman Island, the first of many exclusive venues spanning Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide. Each pop-up will display Paspaley's new collection, Maxima (check it out in our gallery above), plus a host of unique experiences exclusive to the pop-ups.

Paspaley's Maxima collection is one of its most exquisite, melding South Sea Pearls with lustrous mother-of-pearl, diamonds, white gold and yellow gold for a contemporary line of necklaces, bracelets, pendants, drop earrings, split rings and even a delicate harness dripping with gems. "Our inspiration for this collection is water, the birthplace of the pearl," says Christine Salter, Paspaley's creative director. "Our muse was a 'modern mermaid' who drapes her jewellery in a carefree, effortless fashion, worn on the body, between the fingers or casually draped like a string of seaweed."
