She's modelling the house's eyewear, but we can't stop looking at her hair

A second glance reveals the sci-fi style is actually a low ponytail with blunt cut, poker-straight bangs - but either way, it's a striking accompaniment to the new season shades she's modelling. Delevingne has been a favourite of Karl Lagerfeld's since 2012, when she appeared in his campaign for Chanel's 12/13 Cruise collection - her first for the house - going on to walk in numerous shows and starring in the Reincarnation short film (along with a growing slew of feature film roles, from Paper Towns to Luc Besson's upcoming Valerian and Laureline).

For Spring/Summer '16, she's sporting urban-chic specs and sunglasses and wearing key pieces from the Chanel Airlines ready-to-wear (the tomboyish tweed and plaited cotton cap? Divine). For sunglasses, look to the Plein Soleil 2016 two-tone acetate designs in black-to-blue, and for eyewear, the camelia-inspired Bijou 2016 - complete with butterfly-shaped frames adorned in an abundance of enamel blooms. See the campaign images - shot by Lagerfeld himself - above, and watch the sci fi video below:
