Radiohead are suing Lana Del Rey over her song 'Get Free', which they assert is too similar to their 1993 hit 'Creep'.

In a tweet, Lana Del Rey said, “It’s true about the lawsuit. Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing – I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court.”

Radiohead themselves were sued by Albert Hammond and Mike Hazlewood over the same song who claimed 'Creep' was too similar to their song for the sixties band The Hollies. Following the lawsuit, Hammond and Hazlewood were added to the song’s credits and receive royalties for the song.

Take a listen of all three and decide for yourself.
