David Lynch's creepy, noir cult classic 'Who killed Laura Palmer' a.k.a the TV series Twin Peaks is getting a very belated third season premiering on 22 May, 26 years after the last episode of season two aired back in June 1991. And such is the cult following and impact of this show, the Golden Age Cinema is celebrating this upcoming new series launch with a full weekend of all things David Lynch and Twin Peaks.

The program includes viewings of Twin Peaks episodes from season one and two, Twin Peaks trivia (do you really know who killed Laura Palmer?), plus screenings of other films from award-winning Twin Peaks creator David Lynch's back catalogue. The Golden Age encourages fans to come dressed as their fave Twin Peaks character and they will be recreating iconic foods from the show's Double R Diner in their art deco bar. Find the full program here.

The Twin Peaks weekend at Golden Age Cinema is on Saturday May 20 and Sunday May 21. For bookings head to: ourgoldenage.com.au
