If you were to list the actresses most likely to strip off for a lad's mag like Playboy, we'd hazard a guess that Australian beauty Rose Byrne wouldn't come to mind. And yet, the 36-year-old star appears in the current issue, just three months after giving birth to son Rocco - except she isn't naked.
Instead, Byrne is all class in a sumptuous red silk number (albeit with plunging neckline and black lace bra peeping out from underneath) and an LBD. It's in line with Playboy's recent game-changing decision to stop printing nude photos of women.
In the accompanying interview, conducted over breakfast in New York, Byrne opens up about her relationship with partner Bobby Cannavale, her "no-nonsense" parents and how overwhelming it was when she first moved for Down Under to LA as an 18-year-old. "I went back and forth for about three years before I got a job in America," she says. "I definitely wasn't an overnight success. And I didn't take to it at first... nothing can ever really prepare you for LA." Read the full interview here.
