Baby monitor: the celebrity bumps and babies to watch this year
SURPRISE! Anna Kournikova has reportedly given birth to twins!
According to reports by TMZ, Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias welcomed baby twins into the world over the weekend. The boy and girl are reportedly named Nicholas and Lucy respectively. If you are feeling blindsided for not knowing that the tennis superstar was even pregnant - don't be, because apparently neither did the rest of the world. There was no ostentations pregnancy announcement, no baby-bump Instagrams or extravagant gender reveal; the pregnancy was virtually hidden from the public for the past nine months.
The couple are notoriously private, even sourcing images of the two results in grainy paparazzi shots at sporting games and entering/leaving cars. Kournikova and Iglesias have been together for sixteen years; however the couple have never confirmed whether they are married (despite a huge rock on Kournikova's finger). Will the super sleuth pregnancy be the new baby trend going into 2018? Are the days of baby-bump selfies and gender reveal videos over? Unlikely.
The news follows Candice Swanepoel's announcement that she is pregnant with her second child. The Victoria's Secret supermodel shared a snap of a very obvious baby bump to Instagram over the weekend with the caption "Christmas came early.. #2." Swanepoel was pregnant when she walked the Victoria's Secret runway last month with nothing but rock-hard abs on display. Such is the mystique of an Angel's body - perhaps this is the true Victoria's Secret. This is Swanepoel and fiancé Hermann Nicoli's second child together; the pair welcomed their son Anacan in October 2016. Swanepoel joins fellow Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo who is also pregnant with bub #2.
