In 2015, they came together for the tune 'Prisoner' and 'Stargirl Interlude', and now the two heavyweight musicians have come together again for another mega tune. 'Lust for Life' is the latest track on Lana Del Rey's forthcoming LP, which features the grammy-award winning artist, the weeknd. Del Rey posted a dreamy photo to her Instagram of the two in a field of poppies, sharing: "My new song with Starboy is out! It's the title track of the record- Lust for Life."

In a recent interview with Dazed Magazine, the American singer explained that she felt the song was missing an extra element after it was produced. "That's when I felt like I really wanted to hear Abel [Tesfaye, the Weeknd] sing the chorus, so he came down and rewrote a little bit of it," she said. "But then I was feeling like it was missing something, a little bit of the Shangri-Las element, so I went back for a fourth time and layered it up with harmonies."

Already, the song is proving to be hugely popular, with over a million hits on Youtube overnight. Rolling Stone described the track as "a Sixties-inspired song (that) has layered synths and keyboards swirling around Del Rey and the Weeknd's delicate vocals." We think this tune is going to creep up to no.1 very soon...
