Based on the best-selling autobiography #Girlboss, Netflix is bringing the entrepreneurial story of Sophia Amoruso, who founded the fashion store Nasty Gal to our small-screens. The series will run for 13 30-minute episodes that loosely follow the success story of the 27-year-old, played by Britt Robertson (Mother's Day), and how she turned an eBay store into a million-dollar empire. And so far, it's looking sassy, hilarious, and bad-ass as ever. Watch the full trailer here:
The TV series has a stellar line-up behind it; Kay Cannon executive produced the show, who was the man behind the Pitch Perfect series and 30 Rock. And Charlize Theron and Sophia Amoruso herself are acting as executive producers. Girlboss will make its world debut April 21, but stay tuned for when it will hit Australian small-screens.
