Tom Hiddleston appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week to present the second trailer for the highly anticipated blockbuster Kong: Skull Island - and boy did he drop a bomb. The new trailer revealed more plot details, insane graphics and one monstrous ape.

The sister film to Godzilla is set in the 1970's and follows the captivating voyage of explorers sent to monitor an uncharted island in the pacific ocean - where they inevitably run straight into the home of one big-ass, mean, angry gorilla. See the latest trailer here:

Skull Island's cast is also shaping up to be just as mammoth as the film - Jordan Vogt-Roberts directed with Brie Larson (Room), Tom Hiddleston, John Goodman, Samual L. Jackson, John C. Reily all starring in the flick. Kong:Skull Island will hit cinemas March 9, 2017.
