Since 2006 steely-eyed English actor Daniel Craig has donned the dinner suit of arguably the most famous spy on screen, James Bond. Taking us on high octane, glamour-filled adventures from the high stakes tables of Casino Royale to the stark desert terrain of Quantum of Solace to M16 under attack in Skyfall (which btw features the most incredible theme song from songbird Adele), to 2015's very noir instalment, Spectre.

And after four films, Craig had joined Sean Connery and Roger Moore in the Bond hall of fame. But by all accounts he was done with it. When asked if he would be back for a fifth time or if he wasn't planning on reprising the role, who he thought would succeed him he allegedly said, "Look, I don't give a f*ck."

But this beloved franchise is an unstoppable train, it gets under your skin and for Craig that means he does, after all care who will play this iconic role and will be returning for a fifth time in the as-yet untitled Bond 25, slated for a November 2019 release.

Appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, host Stephen Colbert asked him whether he was in for the next Bond flick and according to The Hollywood Reporter Craig replied with a firm, "yes".  He also confirmed it will be the last time he'll take on the role, saying, "I just want to go out on a high note, and I can't wait."
