How to do Bali when you’re not on a budget

Bali is typically a budgeter's holiday; an easy yet tropical place for us Aussies to visit for a week or two without having to give your credit card too much of a workout. It's a textbook getaway: stay in a nice hotel, stop in at Potato Head for a Kookaburra or five, then cruise Jalan Petitenget in a sarong to pick up a token Bintang tee. But if you're keen to put a bit of coin into it, you can take your standard Balinese holiday and give it a bit of la-la-luxury. Think epic clifftop villas, adventure experiences and fine dining; here's how to do Bali when you're not on a budget.
