If you haven't got down to the ice skating rink at Sydney's St Mary's Cathedral yet - you've now got an extra incentive to get there. Because every Sunday until July 19, the Winter garden is hosting a Café del Mar pop up bar, complete with chillout beats, Belvedere cocktails and bottles of Moët Imperial Ice.

Kicking off at 4pm, Café del Mar's resident DJs Johnny Gleeson, Paul Wheeler and Tim Davis will feature every week, and you can either take a spin around the rink (the largest outdoor one in Australia) or relax in the Café del Mar lounge with one of several European-inspired vodka cocktails in hand.
