Sculptures by the Sea kicks off next week (from October 22 to November 8) and anyone's who's trudged along with the crowds from Bondi to Bronte will know it's thirsty work. Which is why these Suntory Whisky ice sculpting lessons are so perfectly timed: marvel at the sculptures, then carve your own while sipping Japan's finest.
Suntory Whisky (famous for not only a top quality spirit but also the laser-cut ice sculptures they create) are hosting the ice sculpting masterclasses at Neighbourhood Bondi, where whisky connoisseurs can learn how to carve their own ice sphere before pouring over a nip of Suntory to enjoy with canapes and Kabukin Highballs.

The classes will run on Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and 7:30pm during Sculptures by the Sea. At $25 a pop, we can't think of a better way to end a post-work walk. Bookings are essential; email firstname.lastname@example.org
