Model Emily Ratajkowski has long been outspoken about women's issues, especially when it comes to sexuality. She's previously penned an open essay titled 'Baby Woman' that touches on developing sexuality as a woman, and who could forget when she gave everyone a big FU with Kim Kardashian in a topless pic captioned: "we are more than just our bodies, but that doesn't mean we have to be shamed for them or our sexuality." And now putting politics aside, the model has continued her quest to banish any forms of slut shaming, by jumping to the defence of First Lady Melania trump.

In a series of tweets, the Gone Girl actress explained how she sat next to a journalist from the New York Times at a party who said that Mrs Trump was a "hooker."

Emily, who's been a vocal Bernie Sanders supporter, added that politics has nothing to do with it. "Whatever your politics it's crucial to call this out for what it is: slut shaming. I don't care about her nudes or sexual history and no one should," she tweeted.

The 25-year-old continued: "gender specific attacks are disgusting sexist bulls*it."

The model finished her Twitter-tirade with a mike drop moment: "women choosing when and how they want to share their sexuality and bodies."

This is why we love ya Emily Ratajkowski.
