An interior partnership made in modernist heaven that proves the Italians can do no wrong
If plush, sculptural curves and richly opulent fabrics are your bag, then this slick collaboration from two of Italy's most formidable design houses, Arflex and Fornasetti, will get the heart racing.

From a gorgeously curled cherry-red armchair to colour-blocked self-standing screens, square, luxurious hexagonal ottomans and a low-lying lounge chair, the collection features some outstanding pieces and melds the best elements from the two design houses. Arflex, renowned for a cutting-edge clash of tech-y materials, clean aesthetics and experimental-meets-architectural sensibilities, brings the form and function, while iconic Milanese brand Fornasetti - arguably most famous for putting the face of 19th century soprano Lina Cavalieri on plates, candles and interior oddities - gives the modernist shapes an air of luxe, feminine warmth.

The Limited Edition Arflex & Fornasetti collection is exclusive to Poliform and will be showcased in a diorama exhibition of vignettes styled by interior stylist Steve Cordony in both Sydney and Melbourne late August.
