The Buro 24/7 culture guide: March 2017
See. Hear. Do. Noelle Faulkner rounds up ten excuses to get out and about this month
And here we are again. The end of summer. That time of the year where we all collectively freak out "wait. It's March?". We deny all knowledge of the colder months for warm memories of a summer romance (and maybe hope it survives the winter), long beach days and Aperol Spritzes in the sun.
The key to getting through this month is not to think about it - embrace the cool change, keep on swimming on those warm nights and don't become a hermit just yet. Why? Because March is actually a festival month. Adelaide plays host to hundreds of acts, with the launch of WOMADeldaide, Fringe Fest and Adelaide Festival, Sydney sees Taste and Art Month, the French Film Festival begins it's nation-wide tour and, for those chasing some kind of a new season thrill, the Australian Grand Prix will be burning up Melbourne.
