'Tis the season for endless deep fried canapés and bottomless glasses of French fizz which usually leaves us feeling like bloated messes when December 25 finally rolls around. And then there's turkey and baked potatoes and puddings to wrangle with adding more to our already overloaded digestive systems. Which is why when New Year's Eve arrives most of our resolutions for the year ahead are diet and fitness based. 

But celeb nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin says it doesn't have to be that way  - we can keep our bodies bikini-ready throughout the silly season by making a few simple pre-New Year's resolutions.

As for what those resolutions should be, Zoe says, "Resolutions should be specific, measurable and achievable. Assess all areas of life and see where change needs to be made. Start small and make manageable changes, which will eventually add up to a bigger shift in lifestyle, health and overall wellbeing."
