The silly season is upon us but it needn’t be a total health train wreck with celeb chef and nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin sharing her top tips for party season survival

But celeb nutritionist Zoe Bingley-Pullin says it doesn't have to be that way  - we can keep our bodies bikini-ready throughout the silly season by making a few simple pre-New Year's resolutions.

As for what those resolutions should be, Zoe says, "Resolutions should be specific, measurable and achievable. Assess all areas of life and see where change needs to be made. Start small and make manageable changes, which will eventually add up to a bigger shift in lifestyle, health and overall wellbeing."
