Let's be real, 2017 is nearly over and like you and me, our brains feel like they're on fire trying to figure it out the best way to approach the new year. Life is all about learning, but just cruising it with no direction is like sailing without a map or GPS; you will end up lost.

In my work and professional life I use a formula to set up targets, so let me share it with you so you can improve your life and get some direction in 2018.
