Welcome to my first Buro exercise video!
In this tutorial, I have summarised the main exercises that I use to create a toned and feminine body. Over the years, I have been tested many different exercises and these are a few of my favourites that are guaranteed to work.
These exercises can be performed exactly the same as in the video or you can increase the length of time for each one by up to five minutes each. I recommend you do this regime every second day and alternate it with a slow one hour run or one hour walk.
