Sydney-based social media star Anna Heinrich is known for her active, healthy lifestyle and here she shares why indoor cycling is her new fitness obsession and how you can join the club

Although the former Bachelor contestant already glows from head-to-toe, with her wedding to Bachelor Tim Robards on the calendar for 2018 the blogger, social star and media personality has taken her training and diet to the next level including jumping on the cult phenom of indoor cycling.

Indoor cycling got a major cool-over thanks to US-based SoulCycle which transformed the daggy spin class by turning it into a nightclub on a bike. With classes run by model-hot instructors to rockin' beats in candlelit studios - hitting the gym never looked like so fun.

Although there are no SoulCycle studios in Australia yet, a number of SoulCycle-like studios have popped up including Cycology Club, Up!Cycle and now Australia's first (and only) virtual reality indoor cyling, Infinite Cycle.

Heinrich is the newly minted ambassador for the studio and says, "I'm really passionate about health and fitness and I love trying new things in my exercise routine. When I came across Infinite Cycle, I fell in love with it, I'd just never seen anything like it."

Here, Heinrich shares her cycle fitness tips, how to get over first ride nerves, what she eats to stay in tip-top shape and how joining Infinite Cycle led to a surprising discovery about herself:

Infinite Cycle is located at 247 Pitt St, Sydney and 1037-1047 Bourke St, Waterloo. For more details and to book a ride head to: www.infinitecycle.com.au
