If you're reading this, it's highly likely that you're either someone who takes their health seriously, or you're part of a large and increasing number of people who are becoming more health conscious. But regardless of whether you've been exercising and living a healthy lifestyle for quite some time, or just starting out, I believe you should never stop trying to learn better ways in which to improve your health.

Now, this is not to say that all of the things you try will be the right fit for you, but it's certainly wrong to think you can't learn something new. Because, although it takes a lot of effort on your part to stand up and take full responsibility for your health, it will always benefit you to continually try to learn, grow, and develop an understanding of what it is "for you" to truly be healthy and happy rather than just taking the easy road and falling into the trap of playing the blame game with your health.

With that said, here are 8 things that I think believe people often overlook when it comes to getting the absolute most out of their training and my hope is that you might read something that could unlock something even better for your health and fitness in the process.
