Ok, let's talk protein. Let's discuss not only the many amazing benefits but also the most common misconceptions about this magnificent macronutrient that often causes many people to miss out on the advantages that come with adequate consumption. 

Because sadly it seems that the whole notion of eating protein has changed from dinosaurs and cavemen walked the earth... to #fitspo folklore, who have dragged protein from a place of goodness to the more persecuted place it resides today.
