We are spoilt for choice when it comes to health and fitness in Australia so if you're getting bored of your workout, it's time to change things up. My first suggestion would be to sign up to a gym that has lots of variety when it comes to classes. Do a different workout each time you train as this will give you the opportunity to branch out and discover what you may like.
