I consider myself a lucky guy. Lately I've been doing lots of interviews because my new book is  out in the UK and here in Australia. It's my seventh book, yet one of the first questions I still get asked at the start of every interview is "Are celebrities difficult to train and do they train differently?". To be honest, the answer is frighteningly boring: no they aren't and no they're not. More often they're going through the same human experiences that we are. The self doubt, the insecurities around their bodies, the typical relationship stuff and frustration that it's going to be over a year until they can watch the final season of Game of Thrones! That being said, working with people from all walks of life has helped me find some simple ways to help elevate an individual's health.
