If it's FHIT, it can be done in 15. A FHIT workout is a high intensity interval training session using your own body weight as resistance to create strength and active flexibility. This workout takes your body through a whole range of motions to keep you moving throughout your life, easily. It's suitable for anyone who wants to improve their strength and fitness.

This workout can be done anywhere, anytime as it is 100 per cent body weight exercises, based on gymnastics principles to help you create lean muscles and of course, burn through those unwanted extra kilos. You can use it to kickstart your day, pick you up out of that afternoon slump or shake off the day.
