So it's with great excitement that we shares this news: as of Saturday, March 18, Hotel Centennial in leafy Woollahra will now be hosting brunch! With a menu created by head chef Justin North, you'll soon be able to treat yourself to a host of sweet and savoury fare such as waffles, eggs cooked myriad ways, decadent oysters, smoked trout and even confit duck and spiced cherry. Of course, in true brunch style, you can also pair your meal with a freshly prepared Bloody Mary or a glass of French champagne.

With local produce like bread from Infinity Bakery, Pepe Saya butter, eggs from Cornucopia biodynamic farm, as well as seasonal fruit and veg from Hotel Centennial's owner's garden in the Hunter Valley - it's as farm to table as you can get for an inner-city Sydney pub. While we were already a fan of the stylish establishment, it makes for an even greater excuse to book a table with your girlfriends, deosn't it? Bon appétit.
