Their new winter menu is about to drop and it's set to take us on a delicious journey far beyond our watery island borders. Chef Tiw Rakarin recently took a trip around Thailand, Cambodia, Burma, Laos and Vietnam getting inspiration for the sizzling set of new dishes he's added to the already mouth-watering menu.

Rakarin took notes from some of the top chefs in both the city and country regions on his travels to come up with the new menu offerings which include stir-fried crispy pork belly with sugar snap peas, basil and chilli; Burma dark noodles with char-sui pork; braised beef rib curry with carrot, sweet potato and Burma dosa. These new plates sit deliciously alongside all Mekong's best-loved signature dishes like the amok curry with king prawns, scallops and barramundi and drool-worthy desserts, think: vanilla mocha with coconut, pistachio, sugar and granita. The new menu will be available from the first week of June.
