A new artisanal ice-cream bar aptly named Good Times has just opened its slick doors on Macleay Street in Potts Point: cue mouths watering. The brainchild of former Nomad head chef Nathan Sasi and his wife Sali, their dessert dream is to take soft serve from meh to mainstream.

The Sasis' plan is to showcase seasonal fruits in a delicious, no additives, insta-worthy cone that will not only increase your frozen dessert options but change the way the humble soft serve is thought about.

The first flavours off the block feature a celeb cameo from chef Christine Manfield, who curated a Mardi Gras approved menu of Rainbow Parade, Dancing Queen, and the Stoned Pony ice cream sandwich, which we hear is unlike any soft serve you've ever tasted. But the good times don't stop there - the Sasis' are making ice-cream for everyone, with a gluten-free cone and dairy-free flavour also on the menu. #Gamechanger.
