And now the North Bondi Fish crew are taking it up a notch with the launch of their fortnightly 'Zac's Table' events, held every second Wednesday starting next week and featuring an exclusive one-off menu at each dinner focusing on in-season seafood and the freshest produce winter has to offer.

Chef Zac Sykes will join guests at the start of the meal to talk all things related to the menu and share his expert insider knowledge on in-season seafood.  Dishes on the Zac's Table menu might include mud crub with ginger, shallot and white soy; sashimi platters; steamed crab buns with black vinegar and chilli; roast pork belly with green onion sauce; charred beef with dipping sauces and pickles. Dessert is likely to look like this delish offering: crème brûlée or deep-fried ice cream with salted caramel.

Zac's Table holds up to 18 guests and can be booked for singles, small groups or the entire table. $75 per head gets you the delish set menu plus a glass of wine from Hunter Valley winery, Krinklewood Biodynamic Vineyard.
