Why get your daily intake of coloured foods from vegetables when you can feast on all the colour-coded, calorie-rich delights your belly desires? Pantone, the colour system and trend forecasting agency largely responsible for deciding whether your new season nail polish will be Marsala or Rose Quartz, has reopened its famous pop-up café in the Grimaldi Forum, Monaco.
Just a stone's throw from the glittering Mediterranean shore (Pantone 286 C, we'd guess?), the Pantone Café - slogan: 'taste the colours' - spruiks vividly hued cocktails, cold-pressed juices and granitas alongside your typical European cafe fare - baguettes, pastries and macarons. You might like to try a Pistachio Green Éclair (Pantone 13-0221) for instance, with your Strawberry Ice Granita (Pantone 16-1720).
The Pantone Café opens this week and will run until September 9.
Grimaldi Forum, 10 Avenue Princess Grace, 98000, Monaco.
