You have the entire month of July to indulge at restaurants including Sokyo, The Tilbury and The Gantry at Pier One in Sydney, Sake, The Botanical and Coppersmith in Melbourne and a number of venues in Western Australia and Queensland. To whet your appetite, dishes include five-spiced duck pancakes, (at Ravesi's in Bondi), Cantonese roasted duck with pinot, orange and star anise (at The Century, Pyrmont) and maple-cured duck breast and confit leg with heirloom carrots, rhubarb and kale (Steve's Fine Wine & Food, Nedlands, WA).
