It's all possible at Darlinghurst eatery Casoni, which has just announced their latest venture: Guest Chef Sundays. The little Italian restaurant, which opened in August last year and has drawn a loyal following for its delicious handmade pasta, will be hosting some of the country's finest chefs for a series of long Sunday lunches starting Sunday, May 31.

Casoni head chef Lachlan Robinson hails from another Italian joint, Sydney favourite Pendolino, as well as Icebergs Bar & Dining in Bondi, so it's no surprise that he's chosen Pendolino head chef Richard Learmonth for his first culinary collaboration. The menu on May 31 will showcase the pair's original take on classic regional Italian fare.
