Mary's boys Jake Smyth and Kenny Graham have already mastered burgers, dude food and revamping some of Sydney's most beloved pubs... but for their latest hat trick? It's something a little more mundane, but no less vital: breakfast. Considering that these boys once named McDonald's Double Cheeseburgers as one of their top 5 burgers in the world, we think it makes total sense that they're following in the same footsteps of America's biggest burger chain by serving up steaming hot breakfast to hungry Sydneysiders.

Operating out of Mary's CBD digs, the new brekkie menu promises "hangover killers" in the form of $10 brekkie muffins, a decadent $13 brekkie burger featuring sausage, bacon, cheese, hash brown, HP and maple syrup (stop it) and hotcakes with golden syrup and whipped butter. No doubt this will be a much, much tastier meal than the Golden Arches version.

There's also a few snack-y options that remind of us childhood such as porridge, crumpets, tattie scones and banana bread -  presumably for peeps on the go. Oh, and they're also doing caffeine hits in the form of Loggerhead Coffee Co's espresso, bottled and cold brews. We can just see the line up of hungover office workers already...

Kicking off next week, Mary's breakfast will be served at Mary's CBD on Monday- Friday from 6.30am until 10am. Coffee will be served from 2pm. Sadly, they're not doing breakfast on the weekend, but it's not as if anyone really hangs out for breakfast in the CBD, anyway...

Mary's is located at 154 Castlereagh St, Sydney and its new CBD opening hours will be:

Monday               6:30am - 10pm
Tuesday               6:30am - 10pm
