Just in time for spring: Sydney's Primus Hotel announces it's taking its rooftop bar public 

Rooftop bars, new season threads and the scent of jasmine - these are just a few minor indications that spring is right round the corner, kids. If you're anything like us, you'll be welcoming the warmer weather by hanging up your winter coat, unpacking your pool slides and hightailing it to the nearest rooftop bar for catch-up drinks with your mates (you know, those people you neglected all winter in favour of binge Netflix sessions).

If you're in Sydney, this is an especially fortuitous time to be alive, because Sydney's Primus Hotel has decided to open up its formerly private-use rooftop bar and pool to the general public from September 1. Partnering with Veuve Clicquot for the merry occasion, we're tipping the Level Seven locale as go-to for poolside hangs in summer - with a side of cocktails, of course. Thanks to the partnership with the French champagne giant, Level Seven will serve its own Veuve Clicquot RICH cocktails, a Rosé Spritz inspired by the Aperol Spritz, plus many more beverage offerings alongside a casual food menu (that includes oysters) curated by the hotel's executive chef Daniel Menzies. Winner.

"The rooftop has been our hidden secret since the hotel opened," explains Primus Hotel's general manager Daniel Muhor. "We knew Sydney needed a relaxed yet sophisticated rooftop bar and are excited to be able to open the doors to Level Seven."
