Guess who’s doing another pop-up vodka bar in Sydney?
Open today
Fresh off the back of a successful winter pop-up bar and bakery (La Boulangerie and Salon de Martini), French vodka favourite Grey Goose return to Sydney with another perfectly timed summer cocktail hub. Hosted at light-filled Double Bay wine bar and eatery Vine, guests have the chance to sample a fresh round of Grey Goose cocktails and taste some rather innovative canapé dishes - specially prepared for the occasion, of course.

With interiors inspiration drawn from the French Riviera, Vine executive chef Drew Bolton (fresh from a sabbatical with Paul Bocuse and Epicure in France) has curated a menu of appetisers to complement Salon at Vine's five Grey Goose cocktails: Le Fizz, Grey Goose Martini, Grand Pomme, La Vedette and Espresso Frappe.

Highlight couplings include baby baked potato, crème fraiche and Oscietra caviar served with a classic Martini; or seared swordfish, smoked bone marrow and salsa verde matched with La Vedette - it's clear the $25-a-pairing menu offers the best of summer produce, offset with the signature smoothness of Grey Goose vodka. Don't miss out.
Salon at Vine opens today at 2 Short Street, Double Bay and continues until January 31, 2016. Bar drop-ins are welcome or you can book the restaurant.
Opening times:
Wednesday-Thursday: 5.30-10.30pm
Friday-Saturday: 12pm-12am
Sunday: 12pm-5pm
