For fans of fresh produce-driven nosh the opening of Stanton & Co in industrial-chic Rosebery will be a welcome addition to your regular eat out roster. From the same culinary whiz kids behind inner-city favourite Riley St Garage, the Parlour Group's newest eatery brings elevated mod Oz cuisine with a zen Japanese twist to this rapidly gentrifying neighbourhood.

Under the experienced hand of group executive chef Regan Porteous (ex The Fat Duck among other notable names) and head chef Marcelino Papio the menu offers a mouth-watering array dishes including Morton Bay bug tempura with ponzu mayo, crispy pork knuckle with seeded soy mustard and tuna tartare with puffed rice and cured egg yolk. In a helpful nod for the time-poor diner, Stanton & Co offers two menu options - dine in share-style lunch and dinner or the speedy à la carte lunch option.

Located in converted warehouse, The Cannery, the space has been given a designer décor style upgrade thanks to architects Alexander & Co and features a fully stocked bar, restaurant seating including custom banquettes and an open kitchen bar where you can pull up a pew and watch the chefs create culinary magic.

Stanton & Co will open on Wednesday 15 November and is located at 3/61-71 Mentmore Ave, Rosebery. Opening hours: Wednesday to Saturday 12pm - 12am, Sunday 12pm - 10pm. parlourgroup.com.au/stantonandco/
