Cancel your Sunday night binge-watching plans because this Sunday eve you'll be sipping super cool cocktails instead thanks to the collab between slick sipping den PS40 and Operation Dagger, #21 on the World's Best Bar list. Luke Whearty, the owner and alchemist-style bartender behind Singapore's award-winning Operation Dagger will be on our sunny shores for just one day to showcase his signature envelope pushing cocktails, which include cutting edge ingredients (think: bee pollen, vanilla straws and fermented cabbage) he's world-renowned for.

Five cocktails will be on the line up, with Whearty shaking up his famous 'bee pollen' (a mix of wild bee pollen, thyme, dark chocolate, lemon charcoal), 'cabbage wine' (fermented red cabbage, apple, rose vinegar), his version of a dirty martini (which looks like this: green olive, juniper, hops, caramel, grape) and two other totally killer cocktail concoctions. The pop-up will run from 4pm until 10pm this Sunday April 23 at PS40's cool kid city digs. Reservations are a must.

Operation Dagger x PS40 pop-up is on Sunday April 23 from 4pm until 10pm at PS40 which is located at 2/40 King St, Sydney. For reservations email info@ps-soda.com or for more info head to facebook.com/events
