Get New York's favourite hangover cure in Melbourne
Bottomless brunch
Vietnamese-style brunch and free-flowing bubbles: it's one of those, 'why did nobody think of this sooner?' scenarios. So big thanks goes to Melbourne Vietnamese joint Saigon Sally, who's bringing the incredibly appealing dining experience to Australia with their Bottomless Brunch.
Launching this week, Saigon Sally's will serve up some of their most popular dishes, yum cha style, every Sunday, along with bubbles and Beer Hanoi, for $75 per person (or $39 for the alcohol-free version). Bloody Mary's will also be on offer (is this sounding more and more like the ultimate hangover cure? Yes). Dishes include Saigon chilli crabs with lime and chilli, sticky lamb ribs and their signature Tira-Mi-Sally.

The bottomless brunch is already a staple of London and New York's eating scene (London's Fifth Floor and New York's Agave paved the way), and it's high time the concept took off in Australia. At Saigon Sally's, brunch comes complete with a DJ set - head to saigonsally.com.au to book.
