After you've marvelled at the MCA and Opera House with the masses, Bentley Bar's special share menu beckons. Part of the award-winning Bentley Restaurant & Bar and headed up by the Good Food Guide's 2015 Chef of the Year Brent Savage, the Bentley Bar offers a more relaxed experience than the restaurant (read: a taste of Savage's incredible food without forking out nearly as much).
A series of small plates designed to share, the Vivid menu is on offer until June 8. On the menu? Honey bugs with sea blight and buttermilk, Rangers Valley Wagyu skirt steak with fennel, mustard and olive and beetroot, buckwheat and smoked curd, all plated with Savage's signature finesse.
