It's famed for its fresh fish and chips, rock oysters and bucket loads of prawns, but come Wednesday July 22, Matt Moran's beachy eatery North Bondi Fish will be transformed into an American-style smokehouse. The restaurant is partnering with Anthony Pulharich's renowned Vic's Meat Market for the night, with a menu in the works that melds smoked Sydney seafood with hearty meat dishes just right for the middle of winter.

Sound tempting? Moran's smokehouse menu includes smoked cod brandade and hot wings, smoked beef brisket, BBQ prawns, mac & cheese and all-American desserts like pecan pie.
