If you're a regular at Carriageworks Farmers Markets in Eveleigh every Saturday, mark June 4 and June 18 in your diaries - for those two nights only, Carriageworks will host The Night Market, Sydney's first large-scale food and wine event in conjunction with Vivid.
50 of Sydney's top chefs, bars and restaurants are coming to play, with stalls including Billy Kwong, Archie Rose, Cornersmith, Efendy, Porteño and Young Henry's. They'll be working to a theme of cooking with fire, curated by Carriageworks Farmers Markets creative director Mike McEnearney (previously of Kitchen by Mike; now heading up No. 1 Bent Street).
The Night Market follows on from the success of Carriageworks Christmas Twilight Market last year, which attracted over 8000 visitors. Keen? The market opens from 5pm on June 4 and June 18.
